 Twin Tier Solar and Wind is installing a 17.28 KW roof-mounted solar system on the recently acquired IBEW Local 241 Joint Apprenticeship Training Center, currently being renovated in Ithaca, New York. In addition to serving as the IBEW/NECA apprentice training center, the building will also house local union offices.
